IBEW RAILROAD GROUP DISABILITY AND LIFE INSURANCE OPEN ENROLLMENT HAS BEEN EXTENDED

Dear Member,

Open Enrollment in the NEW IBEW Railroad Long-Term Voluntary Disability Plan Has Been Extended until Friday December 13th. Members can still enroll in the much-needed Long Term Disability (LTD), Life and Accidental Death & Dismemberment (AD&D) Insurance. Disability benefits are important because they protect your income when you become sick or injured on or off the job. These benefits can also help protect your income while waiting for an on the job injury FELA case to be settled, which can take 1 to 3 years before you get paid.

You can also elect up to $200,000 of preapproved member Life and AD&D Insurance, spouses up to $50,000 and children can be covered with $10,000.

There are no medical questions and you cannot be denied any of these coverages.
